Orders are typically processed within 2-10 business days. Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it was placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends and holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped.
Lost Orders:
Islands of Paradise Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost in transit, theft, or damaged. Please provide a safe and secure shipping address. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service.
Wrong Address:
Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address. Islands of Paradise Jewelry ships your package according to the address that is provided. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit or if your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If the address provided to Islands of Paradise Jewelry is incorrect, we cannot ship a new package until the original package has been located. If your shipping address is incorrect please email us at inslandsofparadisejewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can update the address before your package ships out. We will do our very best to make the change however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Redirecting Orders:
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
